What are some of the key lessons learnt from the pandemic that you foresee continuing as we move forward?
In the UHNW segment, whoever figures out technology AND humanization will win – it’s that simple. The pandemic has paved the way for speed, efficiency and security in terms of virtual interactions – the basics – such as video conferencing, remote presentations, account overview, transfers, etc.
For “problem-solving” topics – the non-basics, what will differentiate you? Whenever the client needs advice and guidance, or an issue comes up, you must be the first to respond. Banks and financial advisors must prioritize putting a human being in front of their client who will solve the issue.
For UHNW clients, the personal relationship will remain key – regardless of the way of delivery.
