Risk Evolve Europe Attendee Survey: Competition Terms & Conditions

1. Organizer

The prize draw is organized by the Center for Financial Professionals (CeFPro), 5 The Millers House, Roydon Road, Stanstead Abbotts, SG12 8HN, United Kingdom. Website: www.cefpro.com

2. Eligibility

Entry is open to past attendees of the Risk Evolve Europe 2024 and/or 2025 event only.
CeFPro employees, contractors, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3. How to Enter

To enter the prize draw, eligible participants must:

  • Complete the full Risk Evolve Europe Past Attendee Survey; and

  • Provide their contact details (Name, Email, Company, Job Title, and Phone) at the end of the survey.

Only one entry per person will be accepted. Incomplete or duplicate entries will not be considered.

4. Prize Details

One winner will receive a complimentary delegate pass to Risk Evolve Europe 2026, taking place on April 15–16, 2026, in London, or may opt to redeem the complimentary pass for any other CeFPro event within the following 12 months.

The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and has no cash alternative.

5. Deadline and Draw

The survey will close at 8:00 p.m. on Friday, 31 October 2025.
The prize draw will take place during the week commencing 3 November 2025, and the winner will be contacted shortly thereafter.

6. Notification and Claiming the Prize

The winner will be notified by email or phone using the contact details provided in the survey submission.

If the winner does not acknowledge receipt of the notification within 30 days, CeFPro reserves the right to redraw and award the prize to a runner-up.

7. Data Protection and Privacy

Personal data collected through this survey is used for:

  • Administering the prize draw and contacting the winner; and

  • Aggregated analytics to inform future event planning and content development.

As a past attendee, participants’ details are already part of CeFPro’s database and may continue to receive relevant marketing communications, event updates, and research insights from CeFPro.

Data will be handled in accordance with CeFPro’s Privacy Policy, available at www.cefpro.com/privacy-policy.

8. General

CeFPro reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the prize draw where necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.

By entering, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions and confirm that the information provided is accurate to the best of their knowledge.
