Can you provide some detail into the purpose and uses of culture and behavior assessments?
LeasePlan started providing Culture and Behaviour Assessments in 2020. Currently, the Culture and Behaviour Assessments are part of the ongoing internal control monitoring system at LeasePlan Group. A Culture and Behaviour Assessment mainly focuses on the behavioural and relational processes in the organisation and the way in which people give meaning to their environment. The purpose of Culture and Behaviour Assessments is to provide insight into a company culture and behaviour as observed. LeasePlan’s Internal Audit department believes that reporting the observations will help the organisation initiate improvement actions on certain observations for which management is responsible. In addition, conducting this type of assessment can affect the social-psychological climate. It can promote a culture change within a LeasePlan entity and bring alignment with the culture that LeasePlan Group pursues.
