CeFPro is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to oversee the marketing and outreach activities for our media and events in Europe and North America. Additionally, the role entails driving strategic objectives for membership growth and engagement in our new and rapidly expanding publication and members hub. Qualifications and Skills:
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification, ideally with a CIMA or similar diploma.
· Proven experience in promoting and commercializing events through various marketing channels, including direct emails.
· A successful track record of managing and delivering marketing campaign.
· Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing diverse marketing channels, including digital platforms, for marketing, sales, and engagement purposes.
· Experience in budget management, including income and expenditure tracking, and target setting.
· Ability to work collaboratively to achieve key objectives aligned with the business strategy.
· Familiarity with marketing and communications within a digital context.
· High level of experience with website CMS platforms.
· Excellent written and oral communication skills.
· Previous experience in managing an integrated customer services function to achieve membership recruitment is desirable.

· Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to promote CeFPro’s membership, media, and events benefits.
· Utilize various communication channels and partnerships to enhance the organization’s brand and outreach efforts.
· Support sales initiatives for events, including delegate and sponsorship acquisition.
· Drive membership recruitment and retention, ensuring member satisfaction and exploring opportunities for premium paid membership.
· Collaborate with the internal marketing team to achieve income targets and deliver high customer satisfaction.
· Review and adjust marketing and communication strategies to align with agreed-upon objectives.
· Lead and manage a team, overseeing projects, stakeholders, and the strategic direction of the membership and event marketing function.
· Create compelling content, including copywriting, proofreading, social media banners, videos, webinars, and support for the in-house designer.
· Promote CeFPro’s renowned international events, attending them onsite and assisting in their commercialization.
· Provide operational support and collaboration across CeFPro’s offerings, focusing on increasing membership and improving membership services.
· Maintain and enhance digital communications through multi-channel marketing, utilizing the existing database, members hub, social media platforms, and eNewsletters.
· Demonstrate expertise in website content management systems (CMS) and contribute to the strategic oversight of CeFPro’s online presence.
